I have always felt that our children were lucky to be a student at SSIS because the teachers are quite friendly and caring. The thing I admire the most about SSIS is the support I received from staffs at the school. They have an amazing ability to attract people who work for the love of teaching. The school has given a tremendous amount of freedom to pursue knowledge and experiences far beyond that of a typical school. Not only does this school prepare the children for college and the business world, but also teaches how to grow in life.

Shining Star International School has been a relief for parents searching for a good school after the closure of villa schools. It is a well-disciplined and mannered school. The introduction of American based teachings and smart classes are a different approach towards teaching taken up by this school. The students love this method of teaching with less strain. The school teachers and staffs are very friendly and supportive. The after school activities like football, karate, art etc are very much enjoyed by the students. I am happy that the school encourages every student to participate in various programs.The school celebrated all the important days like national day , teachers day , Year of Giving etc which renews culture and traditions of UAE and other countries of the students. Shining Star International is a developing school, it improves day by day. I hope they bring out bright and smart students at the end.

After researching heavily, I found the Shining Star International School and without fail having my daughters, Keertana from Grade 8A and Snigdha from Grade 3C, attend this school was the best decision I have made. There is a personal commitment from every teacher and administrator at SSIS to develop well-rounded children. I have been impressed with the level of curriculum and special activities offered by the school and the genuine commitment to being the best you can be by the staff. My children have gained an overall confidence both academically and socially that is centred on hard work and being kind which has impressed us tremendously. SSIS is a hidden gem and we are very blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of it. The school focuses on learning in another way, the way of understanding, which is very important to the students. The way SSIS links education and the U.A.E culture is one of my favourite things about this school. The tradition, education, values, safety, love, and family are what you find the moment you walk through the door.
